How I work:
Once we have decided that we are a good fit and want to work together, I will provide you with a contract, and will ask you for the first month’s retainer along with the signed contract. We can begin once payment has been received and has cleared. Retainers are hours that you have booked and purchased in advance. Packages include a certain set of tasks for a set price. Clients who have purchased retainers get one Skype or phone call per month that is included in the monthly or weekly fee; you also get email communication as needed.
Upon receipt of your signed contract, you will be invoiced for the first month’s service. I cannot begin work until payment has been received. Subsequent months will be billed in advance on the 18th of the month, and payment is due by the first of the month. You can pay for services via credit card or bank transfer (via Payments by Wave). We will begin with a 1-month trial, and then a monthly commitment. Your contract will stipulate that you agree to give 30 days notice in writing before terminating your retainer agreement (after the 1-month trial has been completed). Please note: unused hours do not roll over to the following month. A review of your package retainer agreement can be made at any time, subject to contract.
Your monthly invoice includes a detailed description of the work done, and how long tasks took to complete.
Office hours may vary weekly, so I recommend scheduling phone calls or Skype calls in advance; you can do that through the Contact page (click on Schedule Appointment button).
